A short, plain summary of what this site collects and why.
This site is the professional profile of Kubra Terzioglu. It is kept deliberately simple and collects as little as possible.
The contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are delivered to Kubra Terzioglu by email through the form service FormSubmit, and a copy is kept in our own customer records system, hosted on Supabase, so enquiries can be followed up. They are used only to read and reply to your enquiry. They are not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and they are not added to any marketing list.
The assistant
If you use the chat assistant, the messages you type are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. The site does not store your chat history.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is aggregate and privacy-friendly: it sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you or track you across other sites.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the service.
Your choices
To ask what data relating to an enquiry is held, or to have it deleted, email kubra@kubraterzioglu.com.
