From project work to Senior Project Manager
My story started 14 years ago, when I began working in project management. From then until today I have worked without a break on demanding projects: TÜRKSAT 6A, the İMECE earth observation satellite, Balistika, MİYEG, and data projects such as DatCube. I am not slowing down.
The certifications came alongside the work, and none of it was easy. I earned my PSM I, Professional Scrum Master, in 2022. In May 2023 I earned the CAPM, Certified Associate in Project Management, and in June 2023 the PMP, Project Management Professional. I kept working the whole way through.
In January 2025 I founded Vetray, my project management and consulting company, and I have worked through it as a freelance project manager and consultant ever since. I delivered an international defense industry data analytics software project, built PAD, a project management mobile app, automated project reporting with n8n, and have written 78 articles on Medium.
Today I work as a Project Manager, and I am moving fast. This site is where I show that story: the projects I have worked on, the outputs I produced, and the value I brought to each one.
My writing on project management and AI has been published on MPUG (Master Projects User Group), the project management community that provides PDU training to PMI members.

Workflow automation with n8n
I build automations in n8n: webhook-triggered pipelines, Google Sheets and database steps, AI and RAG nodes, Slack and email notifications, scheduled reports. Used for project reporting, intake forms and back-office processes.
Website design for different sectors
On request, I design and build websites for businesses in different sectors, shaped around what each one actually needs. Multi-page sites, editorial layouts, product pages and working tools, deployed on Vercel. This site is one of them.

How I get there
Earned value to keep cost and schedule honest. Critical path and float analysis to protect the finish date. A live risk register with quantitative analysis behind every major decision. Clear ownership, and a change process that shows the cost of every change before it is approved.
Tools
Jira for delivery, MS Project for scheduling, Excel for data-analysis reporting, SQL for pulling project data, SAP-PM and Aras PLM for configuration management, SharePoint for stakeholder file and data sharing, and n8n for workflow automation.

- Cost and schedule
- Earned value management (CV, SV, CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC, TCPI), critical path method, forward and backward pass, free and total float, leads and lags, crashing and fast-tracking, three-point and parametric estimating.
- Risk
- Risk register, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, decision tree analysis, expected monetary value, sensitivity analysis, the eight risk responses, contingency and management reserves, triggers and RAID logs.
- Scope and change
- WBS decomposition, scope baseline, requirements traceability matrix, rolling wave planning, integrated change control with a Change Control Board, configuration management, scope-creep control.
- Quality
- Cost of quality, root cause analysis with Ishikawa (fishbone) diagrams, Pareto analysis, control charts and the rule of seven, run charts, histograms, PDCA.
